BEAUTY BOOSTERS - THE ULTIMATE BEAUTY AND SKIN COMPLEXION SUPPLEMENTS FOR HEALTHY GLOWING SKIN




I have always tried to look after my skin the best of my ability, including trying to use the best possible skincare for my skin type, as well as try to be as healthy as possible with lots of fresh fruit and veggies, and drink a considerable amount of water. But that doesn't mean that I am completely satisfied with my skin, but I guess most never are. But lately there has been an increasing amount of beauty supplements enter the market, that claims to feed your skin essential complexion boosting nutrients that optimise the skin’s health from within on a cellular level.

One of those brands is Beauty Boosters, which I have put to the test for the last few weeks..


There are three different Beauty Boosters in the range; Glow Getter, Collagen-C and Complexion Perfection, which are designed to work synergistically, with carefully balanced dosages to optimise skin health and well being.
  • The Collagen - C contains Vitamin C to supports the production of collagen and connective tissues within the body, to help repair and maintain healthy skin, to make the skin look brighter and younger, reduce skin damage from sun, pollution and stress, including pigmentation and sunspots, while also helping to reduce the risk of cell damage from free radicals.

  • The Complexion Perfection contains a combination of fish oil, a natural source of Omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA that are essential for normal growth and development, as well as Evening Primrose oil, a natural source of Gamma-linolenic acid and traditionally used in herbal medicine to assist in the relief of dry, itchy skin conditions. Together these oils give the skin a natural dose of Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, to make the skin more plump and even, also also help balance the production of oil to combat problematic and hormonal skin sick as acne and breakouts

  • The Glow Getter contains a combination of vitamins and minerals including Zinc, Silicon, Biotin, MSM, Vitamin B1, B2 (Riboflavin), B3, B5, B6, Vitamin C, D and E, and Beta Carotene. Together these ingredients help produce connective tissue and collagen, plus repair the tissue, and help promote general growth of hair, skin and nails for a hair that is thicker, stronger and shinier, nails that are stronger and won’t split and a more vibrant and even skin tone. It also helps reduce the risk of cellular damage from free radicals and assist in maintaining and improving general well being.


You can of course take these tables individually if you like, depending on your need, but they have also been designed to work together for maximum benefits.

I have been taking all the tablets together so can only speak of the results as a whole, and thus not of any benefits when taken individually.

So do these actually work.. Are they worth the high price, or are they just another fad…?

My skin has always been very temperamental and prone to breakouts, even today when I am at the age where the signs of ageing is definitely creeping in, including the increased lines, bags under the eyes, and the pigmentation, caused by both a sun-worshipping past, as well as two pregnancies…. And  Melbourne’s hot and humid summer weather isn't doing my skin any favours either.. 


But I have to say that I am seriously impressed.. inspire of all the stress in my life, my skin has seriously improved.. it did take a few weeks before I really noticed, actually not until I was back home in Melbourne again, and my body and skin had re-acclimatised to the warm summer weather - but then I really noticed. My skin simply started getting a lot clearer. Breakouts reduced, and the few pimples that I got, were smaller and no longer ‘angry’. But my skin is general also started looking plump and consequently wrinkles, lines (and frown lines), not as visible, but pigmentation and sun spots were also reducing in appearance, and my skin was therefore more even and consequently looking more glowing and alive. Its seriously healthy skin from within.
